I received this product for free from Picky and Cell Fusion C in exchange for my honest review. The Cell Fusion C Toning Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA ++++ boasts a lightweight composition that offers dependable sun protection while also serving as a luminous foundation for makeup. It's a quick fix for those leading a rushed life, providing instant luminosity for an on-the-go look. Specifically designed for acne and sensitive skin, it includes Zinc Oxide for comprehensive protection and UVB filters like Homosalate and Ethylhexyl Salicylate. Niacinamide functions for whitening, Adenosine for wrinkle treatment, and Vitathione with 12 vitamins work together to diminish dullness and increase skin suppleness through peptides and collagen. Tightening effects can be expected right after application. This sunscreen is enhanced with Nicotinamide and Vitathione, reducing dullness and guarding against pollutants, offering skin soothing effects and stability. VERDICT🍀🍀🍀 After 2-3 months of use, starting as a personal purchase and later acquired via PICKY, it has become the final step in my skincare routine before sun exposure. Despite initial reservations about Korean sunscreens with tone-up characteristics due to my Fitzpatrick 3 complexion, this sunscreen, though thick, distributes effortlessly, leaving a semi-matte but not excessively dry finish, suitable for winter. Non-irritating to my eyes, it works well for individuals with pale complexions but may not be ideal for those with darker skin tones. The color is a bit odd for my skin, which I don't prefer during summer, resulting in a slight white cast that blends better in winter. However, I dislike reapplying the same sunscreen for its makeup-like look, making it not suitable for me personally. Its ability to provide a radiant aspect while promoting a healthy-looking complexion and reducing sebum production is notable, especially in winter. Even after 8 hours in the UK, my skin remains non-greasy, and it looks healthy, showcasing my rosy cheeks naturally. However, a persistent white cast, particularly around beard and mustache lines, is more visible in humid weather. While suitable in cooler areas, its use may be limited in warmer regions such as Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia even Middle East region. It also requires some effort to blend into the skin. Satisfaction depends on individual preferences and contextual factors, and despite technological advancements in sunscreen, it is not popular in Southeast Asia. Despite the tone-up effect not matching my skin color preferences, the sunscreen's high PA rating above 16PPD, represented by four pluses, provides value. However, I would not repurchase due to the tone-up feature, opting to try a different version, specifically the Classics One Cell Fusion 100 laser sunscreen during winter or colder climates. Another factor influencing my decision not to repurchase is the challenge of falling in love with it and reapplying, as I frequently use other sunscreens. After minus pros and cons 3.4 / 5 stars
