Frameless Pure Vitamin C 20% Element
Packaging. Plastic Tube with a pump lid. Also comes with a cap. The dispenser is good (doesn’t leak) and sturdy.
Texture. White in color with a thick almost stringy texture to it.
Before and After. They recommend applying it on damp skin after cleansing or after a water-based toner or serum and to use one or two pumps but I find half a pump was enough for a full face otherwise it’ll be too much and the product goes to waste. The product is thick and if you put it on dry skin, it’s not going to spread or absorb easily. But once it touches your skin’s moisture, it starts to spread easily and I can massage it in without tugging. Once absorbed, there’s no residue or irritation, (take note that a slight warmth or brief tingling may be felt upon application, this is a natural phenomenon as the product absorbs into the skin), once it dries out you'll see a natural glow and I have found it amazing on oily skin. My face doesn’t drown in oil during the day. It layers nicely, using a moisturiser afterwards to keep it locked in and SPF for optimal protection. It does help the spot scars after popping heal quicker and generally brightened my skin overall.
Overall, it’s a unique concept, I haven’t seen anything like this before. Please take note that I have a sensitive, oily and acne prone skin type. And due to the unique suspension formula of this product, some may experience warmth or irritation. So I do recommend that you do a patch test first, before use.
