I received this product for free from Picky and ETUDE in exchange for my honest review. This product is well explained by its name: it truly has a very water like texture (it’s runny just like water is). This product takes some getting used to if you’ve never used a water stain before, and I say this as a makeup artist of nearly a decade. First up the only thing that worked for this product for me. Lots of people have used this product as a blush. I rarely ever use blushes to be honest because of my naturally red cheeks, and because this is a stain you hardly need any product. Start with a dot on each cheek and immediately blend it out with your finger (be prepared for staining on the finger because of the tinting formula). It’s better to apply too little at first rather than too much, since you’re dealing with a stain. I found that this looked better on me when I blended it out on my cheeks (however I didn’t manage a picture of it, apologies). And I was not pleased with it as a lip product.
