I saw these when I was in Korea and purchased this and the Cica version as they were in sale. I thought it was an interesting concept, as you mix the ingredients together and pat on your face. There is a liquid and freeze dried capsule in the package. It didnt really provide the level of hydration I was expecting the first time I tried it, but after using a few times, I did notice some improvement.
