Perfect White Toner

It's worth a try and its affordable for most people. It has a watery texture and it absorbs fast into the skin. Good toner for oily type of skin.

My skin reacts a bit towards this, and I think its because of the fragrance. The fragrance is seriously strong though ! My skin always felt a little bit itchy after applying it :(
