Cloudberry Bright Essence Toner

This is the newest addition to Glow Recipe the Cloudberry Bright Essence Toner! One of my latest favorites, a toner packed with Vitamin C. It is made with cloudberry and rice so it’s great for brightening and hyperpigmentation. It also makes my skin feel smooth and smells amazing!

Not everyone will like a fragranced product.
