This is my favorite makeup remover for years. Its the best! Remove any kind of makeup even waterproof very easily and doesn’t leave an oily residue in my eyes. It a bi-phase formula so you need to shake it very well before use to combine layers

Its pricey so I always buy it in January on sale in Ulta. Also it runs out quickly
