When I first used this moisturizer, it caused a bad reaction. It irritated my skin a lot, especially around my nose and mouth. Sometimes, I had to wash my face and use a different moisturizer instead. I initially believed my skin was dehydrated due to sinus issues. However, I experienced the same reaction when using the Skintific TXA moisturizer. This led me to conclude that my skin doesn't agree with tranexamic acid. Once my skin got better hydrated, I went back to using this moisturizer. There was still a bit of tingling, but it wasn't as intense as before. I kept using it until I almost ran out (and thankfully, no more irritation) 😂 I didn't notice any changes in discoloration or pigmentation, but I did see that my face had a nice glow and felt smoother. I used this moisturizer along with the BOJ Retinal Eye Serum every night. Waking up, my skin felt soft, plump, and more elastic.
