Skincarerian review for Chaga Concentrate Essence

i found that this product has a flexibility in term of using it such as for an essence, toner, or CSM. i'd rather to use this as a hydrating toner replacement, since the texture are watery but feels rich on the texture, it feels like its packed with good stuff.
