It deeply moisturizes without feeling greasy or sticky, it absorbs very quickly! After absorption, my face doesn't feel damp but instead, it feels plump. 

I have oily skin, and sometimes I need a toner that provides moisture without being oily, this one is truly my ideal toner! 🫰🏻
