temptallure review for Tonique Confort, Comforting Rehydrating Toner, for Normal to Dry Skin

This is beautiful pink bottle and looks very pretty but toner is milky and has a scent to it. I have used it for few months and did not suit my skin and didn't feel like it was doing anything. My skin didn't feel fresh just a film layer felt not sure if it actually did anything was very disappointed in the result. Giving a 3 star for bottle and color pink because is my favorite
