Tower 28 Beauty - ctruth review for Swipe Hydrating Serum Concealer

This formula is BEAUTIFUL 😍 it's one of my favorite concealers. This is lightweight, blendable and seamless. It's a light to medium coverage and it sits on the face so well (both alone and with setting powder). I'm obsessed with this concealer there is something so special about it. I love the packaging and the doe foot is a flat peel that I've grown to love. This doesnt crease on me ever. This is so pretty and I highly recommend it. I love that it's high end but more affordable than most.
