MY THOUGHTS: The package is in dropper bottle 100ml It has watery texture and transparent blueish color and i smelled no fragrance in it. When I applied on the skin it glides well on the skin and it doesn't tacky and sticky instead it feels lightweight just like water since the texture is watery. It works well on giving extra hydration.
