love the texture, more viscous than a toner, same as an essence but lighter than a serum. Perfect for day routine and I use 2-3 skins depending on how it sits in my routine. At night - i would prefer to top it with a thicker water cream or gel for moisturizer. Sinks easily between layers and fragrance free. Very gentle and highly recommended and I use this when I feel my skin is sensitized with exfoliating.
