Pyunkang Yul - cozycritique review for Ultimate Calming Solution Toner

Unfortunately this toner came to me unsealed & half full, having leaked considerably during transit, which was sad considering how tiny the bottle is to begin with. I was also surprised to learn it contained AHA & PHA, as the bottle didn't give any indication of such. So that being said, this is not a toner you want to apply in multiple layers. This toner is also contains several potentially irritating essential oils, so those with sensitive skin or sensitivities to essential oils might not experience a 'calming' effect from using this.
