Ultimate Calming Solution Cream

product review positives
πŸ“ A mildly acidic soothing cream formulated with Centella Asiatica Extract, Tea Tree Extract and Honeysuckle Flower Extract to calm irritated skin, while restoring water-oil balance of skin. πŸ”˜ Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Phellodendron Amurense Bark Extract, Cetearyl Alcohol, Paeonia Lactiflora Bark/Sap Extract, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Stearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Mentha Arvensis Extract, Dipropylene Glycol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Carbomer, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, 1,2-Hexanediol, Arginine, Myristyl Alcohol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Lauryl Alcohol, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Myristic Acid, Squalane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Butylene Glycol, Ceramide NP, Adansonia Digitata Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Pentylene Glycol, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopherol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Ceramide NS, Ceramide AS, Hydrolyzed hyaluronic Acid, Centella Asiatica Extract, Ceramide EOP, Ceramide AP, Hyaluronic acid, Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate, Madecassoside, Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside, Asiatic acid, Limonene, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool. πŸ”˜ My Review: Sharing the same key ingredients as the ampoule: Cica, Tea Tree, and Honeysuckle extracts, the cream introduced itself with the additional allure of a light gel texture. The texture of the cream indeed lived up to its billing, it possessed a delightful gel consistency that felt refreshing upon application. This departure from the denser formulations common in many creams was a welcomed change, especially for someone with oily skin seeking hydration without the burden of heaviness. The incorporation of Cica, Tea Tree, and Honeysuckle extracts in the cream hinted at a continuation of the holistic approach that permeated the entire skincare line. However, the standout feature of the cream, for better or worse, lay in its absorption characteristics. On one hand, the quick absorption was a testament to its efficacy, swiftly sinking into the skin without leaving a sticky residue. Yet, this efficiency also introduced a slight challenge, it could be a bit tricky to blend on slightly wet skin. This nuance became apparent during moments when my skin retained a hint of moisture, requiring a bit more effort to achieve an even application. Despite the initial challenge, the cream left a lasting impression once fully absorbed. It offered a sense of hydration and nourishment that transcended its gel-like texture. However, it's essential to note that the cream, while not heavy in texture, could impart a somewhat weighty feel on the skin. This sensation was more about the "feel" rather than the actual texture, introducing a nuanced aspect to the overall experience. πŸ”˜ How to Use: After applying ampoule on skin, apply a moderate amount on skin and gently massage to aid absorption.
product review negatives
My skin is not reacting well. Acne is beginning to surface, causing concern as I haven't experienced such a reaction in years. Irritation and redness have spread across my face, leaving me reluctant to continue using the products and preventing me from providing further reviews for this product line. It's disappointing, especially considering that when I use other exfoliation products in the same way, my skin didn't have adverse reactions. I typically use exfoliating products twice a week, yet for some reason, this particular line doesn't seem to work for me. Regrettably this set fell short of my expectations, despite my initial excitement to try the products with the hope of calming my redness. It's crucial to take a bold note, what doesn't work for one might not hold true for your skin.
