Mederma + SPF 30 Scar Cream
I first heard of Mederma when I was in my 20โs.
I was in a car accident and broke my right ankle, the break was bad & I had to have surgery.
They put 4 screws in my right ankle to hold it together and used staples instead on stitches.
For The rest of my summer I was in a cast ๐.
When I was healed enough to remove the cast and Staples i was worried I would have a nasty scar. The surgeon recommend after the area healed up from removing the staples to use Mederma once a day to help reduce the scaring.
Unless you look up close at my ankle you barely noticed that I have a scar.
I have used Mederma ever since then.
I didnโt even think about using it on my acne scaring until my dermatologist suggested it to me.
This scar gel has been my saving grace it has help diminish the looks of scars on my face and scars after other surgeries and even old scars I had.
Price~You can get it at Walmart for $14.78 and itโs worth the price. It only take a small amount daily on a fresh healed cut to help prevent it from scarring.
How long to see results~
It depends on the type of scar or cut and how long you have had it and the depth of it.
Older scars will take longer to see results.
I would recommend this to anybody that has acne scarring, recently had surgery/stitches, or just a bad cut that you donโt want to scar. 5/5 โญ๏ธ
