This foam did not make my hair crunchy and my hair was not flat. I also was impressed with the anti-frizz results. I actually left my hair down most of the day! Most days it becomes crazy frizzy and I put it up. A final big thing for me is the scent of a beauty product. To me, this foam has a light, pleasant scent. Overall, I feel this is a decent product for my hair.
