BoxyLady review for BHA 2% Gentle Exfoliating Toner

This is truly gentle, with a water weight, fragrance free, and can be applied directly to your skin, or used on a cotton round swiped over the skin. I’ve tried both, I think it’s really a personal preference depending on your skin. I’ve been using this every other night for 2 weeks, and my skin feels smoother, and less congested. They do suggest starting out just using a few times a week, to see how your skin reacts, even though it’s gentle, this does till contain 2% salicylic acid. I’ve experienced zero irritation at all, I was shocked at how nourishing this felt to my skin. The combination of 6 Ceramides, & Panthenol to protect my skin barrier is probably why! Throw in 1% Tea tree extract & Hyaluronic acid to soothe & hydrate and you have an amazing formulation. Why use this? General pore care, help with excess sebum, uneven or rough skin texture. I personally always have an exfoliating toner in my routine, while I don’t use it every day, I find a couple uses a week to be super helpful in the health & condition of my skin. Just avoid retinols, vitamin C, & other exfoliants in the same routine to avoid possible irritation I enjoy that this comes in a pump style bottle as well. Like all Anua products, the packaging is simple, elegant, and to the point.
