Rosemary AHA Night Serum
I was super excited to try this one because I'm a huge fan of their Rosemary cleanser; it's my favorite cleanser so far and I keep coming back to it every time.
So let get deep in this serum, it is formulated with Lactic Acid (9%) for effective exfoliation, Succinic Acid for blackhead reduction, and soothing Rosemary Leaf Extract and panthenol. It has a liquidy consistency, a bit slimy but not that much, no odor, and this is what I love the most about Kaine: most of their products are free of fragrance, essential oil, and alcohol, which is the case with this one and which is amazing for my combo sensitive skin.
I usually shake it before applying it on my face. I use it in my night routine and started using it only twice a week, and then three times. At first, I got a tingling sensation, but it disappeared after a few seconds (it is super common with exfoliating serums so I was not worried about it π)
It is easy to apply, absorbs well, and leaves a non-greasy feeling but a bit of stickiness, which is okay for me as I apply it at night.
What I noticed with this serum is that it helped with skin texture. You know those annoying little bumpy pimples on the forehead? This serum helps reduce them and also calms breakouts and inflammation so it was a lovely addition to my skincare regimen although I need to use it for a longer time to see more results, but in general, I'm enjoying using it. π«Ά
Haven't noticed any bad reactions but I feel that it can't be used everyday on my skin type(even if it's says on packaging instructions apply everyday)
