Rosewater Facial Toner

This is a great toner for beginners and good price for the alount you get. It smells nice, the new packaging is super pretty, and the way it dispenses is perfect for me. I love i can twist the cap off, i like to pour a little in a spritz bottle to dilute it with water as a mist between steps. Good for normal or combo skin.

My skin has gotten very dry and sensitive overtime and it just isnt hydrating enough, and the rose is a little irritating. Diluted with water its tolerable but it isnt really necessary for me at the moment. Not for sensitive skin.
