Ahhh... two of my favorite skincare ingredients fused into one essence. Centella Asiatica or CICA products can be quite tricky in my experience. I find that most products out there claiming to have cica don’t really do anything for my skin but I’m glad that this one does 😍 I use this essence as a serum right after I tone and before I put on my moisturizer. It’s consistency is similar to what you would find your favorite sheet mask swimming in 🏊‍♂️ and hardly has any scent to it at all 👍🏻 This has helped calm down my skin from irritation and provide an instant fresh looking glow. I remember getting contact dermatitis once that left itchy rashes near my collar bone probably from the new detergent I was using to wash my clothes. I applied this serum on my skin and it immediately relieved me of the itchiness! I swore never to use the same detergent ever again 😭 This product contains 2% Niacinamide. I learned from other creators that 2% works just as well as the 10% variety. So if you’re new to Niacinamide or would want to introduce it to your routine, then this product is perfect for you. With a lower percentage, chances of getting any abnormal or allergic effect from using Niacinamide is lessened.
