Pore Control Powder Toner

This toner is very unique. I have never experienced a toner with powder inside (normally it is 2 liquid formulas that need to be shake together but never a powder inside a liquid) The packaging is super cute

It has a strong perfume scent but it does go away after a minute or so after application
