ELF - Nickelo1980 review for Instant Lift Brow Pencil

For a $3 this eyebrow pencil is pretty great. I purchased the neutral brown shade and it's a pretty accurate match to the color of my eyebrows. I like that it has a spoolie on one end to brush out your brows as well as to help blend your brows after applying the pencil. The pencil itself is a bit easy to break, but if you are careful, it doesn't happen often. All in all a very nice pencil at a great price.
