Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner

Good for oily, oily combination skin, sensitive skin, calmed my irritated skin. It absorbs quickly after application and leaves no greasy or sticky residue. No scent. Soothes irritation and reduces redness (My skin is reddened). There is no itching, stinging or irritation.

Does not provide enough moisture for dry skin
