Its simply said that this is supposed to be soothing, calming, healing and moisturizing. I did see that four effects, it does soothes and calm my sun damaged skin albeit subtle compared to the others. When it comes to healing, i do have a broken skin barrier and i didn't notice much in terms of healing that. But when it comes to heling my acne scars this was a big help, it's a really good nourishing light weight moisturizer. This is my ideal moisturizer, it's nourishing, it locks in moisture, it's lightweight, i love massaging this in since it's quite slippery, i love smothering my face with this. It's moisturizing capability is certainly there, and it's a little goes a long way.
