Permeative Treatment Liquid
I really like how this toner can be switched as essence due to its thick-but-watery texture. In other times, this toner is also good for both hydrating and moisturizing so I tend to shorten my routine with this toner at night. Packaging wise, I appreciate how this is included with pump cover to make it really safe and hygiene
Slightly controversial that it contains simple alcohol (mine's purchased in 2019, based on the ingredients list I read at that year) but probably it was reformulated (hopefully?) since Japanese cosmetics usually update their formulation annually and alcohol is not included in the Picky version.
