Open Your Eyes Eye Contour Lifting Fluid
First time I used this was last year when I got a sample in my IPSY bag. It goes on like an eye butter almost....very soothing. I was impressed after just a few weeks with the brightening effect, and hydration. I have purchased both of the HEY HONEY eye creams...this one is my favorite! A little goes a long way too.
Only bad thing could be that it is sometimes often hard to find...could require a little bit of searching to get your hands on a tube.
