Rice Water Bright Rich Cleansing Oil

This cleansing oil is definitely worth a try! I was able to use this as the second step of removing my make up and it worked well.

I felt like this didn’t work as well as it should have on its own. I have been using it as a second step and instead using another cleansing balm before hand.
