HOLY GRAIL!!!!! AMAZING!!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. Packaging is 💯, texture is 💯, effects is 💯 So hydration and it makes my skin look so glassy and toned. I love the fact that it's great for a girl with oily and sensitive skin like me. Bst toner ever!!!
