Rose Water Toner

A very basic watery toner. Lightweight, fast-absorbing, hydrating toner. But it’s not enough for my dry skin even if I apply 2-3 layers.

There’s nothing bad about this toner because it’s so basic, everyone can use it except it you’re allergic to rose.
