Dorothysb review for Hydration Vaccine

Locks moisture. Can be use as a primer. I think people score this product low because they expect it to be a moisturizer. Its not obly a moisturizet. It works by lovking the moisture in the skin and prevents it to go dry. Also has a lovely silky silicone texture. I love usi g vaseline in my face in the evening ti lock moisture in but I cant do the same during the day so i use this instead.
