Wet, and not tacky. That was fine because I really reached out for this because my face was having dehydration issues from a certain something that I have not been using correctly and, this was hydrating AF! I love the combo! Also, no tackiness after application so yay! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love this mask, and would definitely repurchase! It is nice and hydrating and affordable, so no complaints here 👏🏻🙌🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The mask was a bit big for me, so I really had to lie down while using it. Also very wet, but otherwise, I have no other issues.
