Hanyul - Camelliaskinensis review for Artemisia Miracle Relief Essence

🌱 This is an essence with just a single ingredient: 100% fermented artemisia extract. High quality artemisia is harvested from Ganghwa Island every June and fermented for three years. It claims to relieve irritated skin, calm down redness and retain moisture. 🌱 This is a watery essence with a slight slip — I am guessing the process extracts some oil from the mugwort — and a hanbang scent that is leafy with a trace of mintiness. 🌱I normally use this as a first essence, after my exfoliating step and before my more viscous toner. I’m exfoliating almost daily now (mind my seb derm isn’t currently active and I have fairly high tolerance for the direct acids I’m using), and this essence is great for post-exfoliation care. It counters any sensitivity I experience and helps restore lost moisture from exfoliation. I’ve also used it to calm down hives (I’m allergic to a lot of things so I frequently get them), redness from hay fever, and even itchiness. My face also feels refreshed and soft after application.
