Vegan Balancing Toner

This toner resets the skin to its ideal pH balance level and the green tea extract also restores the skin which is a perfect base for other active ingredients. I usually have days when my skin feels irritated so this literally calms my irritated skin.

I’m not a big fan of the odor, it’s really strong, and it’s a bit drying too.
