Pore Cleansing Balm PHA

I like the value of this cleansing balm. It is a large container for the price. I like that it has PHA and deep cleans your pores and gently exfoliates.

I don’t feel as if it completely rinses off easily.

Hi! I was considering this product. So you double cleanse and follow up with a water based cleanser, but you feel like there is still oily residue?
