Skin Relief Spot Film Gel (15ml)
This is a gel to film spot treatment with tea tree leaf extract.
๐ฟ This comes in gel form in an applicator tube. Depending on how thick you apply the gel, it solidifies into a film minutes after application.
๐ฟI tried the spot film gel over three zits I got in the past two months. It does have a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, bringing down both redness and swelling.
๐ฟ My go-to spot treatment is still salicylic acid + pimple patch but then I donโt get a lot of zits, so Iโm not the target market for this product. I can see how this might work better for those battling acne across one or several areas of the face. A film gel would certainly be more economical (this is a steal at about $5 a pop) as it can cover a larger area as opposed to individual spot patches.
it does not have the pus sucking capabilities of a hydrocolloid patch. It also feels tickly to me so I tend to absently sweep or scratch away the film and I canโt keep it on for more than a few hours, unlike a patch which I can stick on and practically forget about.
