For dehydrated skin: Flower Honey Toner This is actually my favorite out of the 5 toners. It is a toner/essence hybrid. It has a viscous consistency that has a slight slip to it as you apply on the skin. This product contains 10,000 ppm concentrate of the brand’s Flower Honey and buckwheat flower extract. It also has propolis that has wound healing properties. This makes my skin feeling hydrated, glowy, and radiant throughout the day!
