Birch Milk Refining Toner

This is a lightweight, runny, milky toner that gently exfoliates and gives face the maximum hydration it needs. It has a very gentle formulation which means it can be used on a daily basis. It contains birch juice, squalane, glycerin, AHA + PHA which all help to brighten, hydrate and plump the skin. Overall, I really enjoy this
