Cooling Calming i.n.g Toner
I like the way this toner leaves my skin feeling refreshed (without drying it out) and hydrated and supple. It's leaves my skin feeling great and ready for the my serums, primer, moisturizer, etc. I like that it doesn't really have a scent to it either.
the texture isn't one that leaves water sitting on the surface of the skin for a long time, as if your face is drenched. So, in a dry climate or for those with dry skin, you might need to quickly move on to the next step to avoid any dryness.
