Hydrating Beauty Water

It is a good toner with fair level of hydration. I prefer to use it as a mist rather than using it on a cotton pad whenever my face feels dry. Not the best hydrating toner but definitley a good toner.

I personally finds the scent was quite overpowering. It smells just like Rose but I find it quite intense. For those who enjoy Rose scent will definitely love this toner!
