It is my first time to try a toner with a formulation of Panthenol / Pro-Vitamin B5 in which the main use is to moisturize the skin. This help sealed the moisture and keep the skin moisturize. I've been using this for a week and a day now, and my skin is loving the result. It made my face hydrated, glowy and visibly healthy. It is very effective as long as you are consistent using it. I have not experienced any irritations, redness or sting while using this. It is also perfect to use with the rest of its skincare line. This is definitely recommendable for me. Korean products, truly NEVER disappoints.
