Received complimentary from Picky and Dead Dahlia in exchange for my honest review. I won't be blabbering on too much since I already reviewed shade Barely in detail. Moody ain't that much different - looks pretty on the outside with no substance, pigment or appeal. Yes, by the looks of I've received an entirely different product compared to all the 5-star raving reviews.

It's OVERLY underwhelming. It's meh. It settles in fine lines. No pigment. Dissipates into thin air within minutes of application. I thought the Fwee puddings were not that great but these Dear Dahlia ones are even less exciting.
