This is a water-based formulation with 15% Niacinamide, a hero skincare ingredient also known as Vitamin B3. I Used it every day to help reduce blemishes, improve skin texture and encourage a healthy complexion. It is one of the best I’ve ever used.

Nothing was bad about it.
