First Toner - • This is a multipurpose toner. • Has a watery runny consistency. • Didn't break me out • Contains Azulene, Gluconolactone, Blue Calming Hydra Complex, LHA(a derivative of Salicylic Acid), iceberg water, so it hydrates, brightens and very gently Exfoliates as well. Gentle enough to use everyday.
