ELF - XxMialuciaxX review for Holy Hydration! Daily Moisturizer

I will forever use this moisturizer and so will my mom. Ever since she started borrowing mine one day she had noticed a difference in her own skin and how it was helping bring moisture back to her skin in her face and neck area. To me it gives her a more youthful glow, so now she purchases her own lol. I use this even on my no makeup days or even very minimal makeup days as just a base.
