Hydrating Water Essence

Man do I love ELF products! This is absolutely something I needed in the winter when the toners I use werent giving me the hydration I need for my dry skin. It a water like consistency and is hyrdating enough for a base for your moisturizers. I really enjoyed using this under hylaronic acid (i think they pair beautifully). As an essence, its hydrating enough!

probably not a product you can use alone (like all toners and essences) but if you need some extra hydrating this is worth it
