I did see results, my black eyes lightened, and then gradually became lighter over a week or so..
It is easy to use. I love that it is touchless. It glides on clear, Ophthalmologist tested, so you can rest easy if you have contacts.

After using it for a few weeks it stopped brightening my undereyes. It worked for a while, until it didn't. But it did work.
I also had a hard time rolling up the applicator, it broke after a few weeks. Like a broken lipstick. It would roll up, then roll back down when I used it. You can see this in action in my video. I have it rolled up, go to push it against my skin, and it falls back in.
