I liked these and they are somewhat effective. If you are looking for a quick fix with puffiness and hydration, these do work but only last temporarily. I do not see much change with the dark cycles or fine lines. I kept them on for about 15 minutes as recommended, and they do provide a cool, refreshing feeling around the skin of my eyes. I think they are reasonably good for temporary hydration but may not help for long term eye skin issues.
