Oil-Free Acne Wash

product review positives
Key good ingredients: Salicylic acid, Aloe vera, Chamomile Opinion: To describe, it has a gel type of texture which is good since gel washes, unlike foaming cleansers, do not dry out your skin. Since this facewash contains salicylic acid, it helped me control excess oil. It also dried out my small pimples and whiteheads. The aloe vera and chamomile present also helped to soothe my skin from salicylic acid.
product review negatives
Key bad ingredient: Fragnance Opinion: I bought this product to control my cystic acne but unfortunately it didn’t work. It did dry out my small pimples but didn’t affect the cysts much. It could be because my skin is resilient but nonetheless, it was too gentle to tackle my acne. Also, while the fragnance is pleasant, it sometimes dried out my skin and my face felt tight after using. Sadly, this product, like many others, doesn’t work on controlling cystic acne.
